The challenge
The founder came to me thinking he needed more traffic. The site already had plenty. The main pricing page had a high bounce rate, and long, complicated sign up forms were causing people to give up before they finished. More visitors would have meant more people dropping out in the same places.
The audit
We looked at how people actually used the site, using heatmaps, session recordings and conversion data. That showed exactly where visitors were getting stuck: pricing tiers that weren’t clear, features that were hard to understand, and form fields that didn’t need to be there.
What we changed
- A simpler way in. Redesigned the sign up journey into a step by step onboarding experience, showing information as people needed it rather than all at once.
- Clearer messaging. Reworked the copy to explain the key benefits plainly, with stronger, action focused calls to action placed prominently at the top of the page.
- Shorter forms. Removed unnecessary questions and cut down the information needed to get started.
The result
Conversion from visitor to trial or demo went up by an average of 30% to 50%. All of it came from the same traffic, with no extra spend on paid advertising.

In their words
When I first approached Antony, I thought I needed more traffic. What really impressed me was that he challenged the premise from day one. He kept saying, ‘Traffic doesn’t pay the bills.’ Instead of jumping straight into SEO, he spent time understanding my business, researching our customers, and reshaping the narrative, messaging and user journey of our website. The result was a website that converted, rather than simply driving more traffic. If you’re looking for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads to a website that persuades people to become customers, Antony is one of the very few people I’d recommend without hesitation.
